This CHIEFtech Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices for our website and services and details our privacy practices related to the provision of any CHIEFtech Services.   1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE.  CHIEFtech allows users to access the site in order to engage with our consultants and utilize the services offered by us.

    1. Personally Identifiable Information Collection and Use. When you register with the CHIEFtech, request additional information, or to purchase or access CHIEFtech services, you will be required to provide personally identifiable information including name, email address, company, and other optional information the user or that user’s company administrator provides. For the purchase of services, billing, identification, and authentication, we may also require payment account information and billing address.

    2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Like many standard web servers, the Site may collect log files. No method of data transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. You hereby acknowledge and agree that CHIEFtech is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites to which our Site may link. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects personally identifiable information.
